INGREDIENTS

  • 300g – egg whites
  • 1 large – banana 
  • 65g – strawberries
  • 40g – blueberries 
  • 100g – fage 0% yoghurt 
  • 5g – chia seeds
  • 40g – avocado 
  • ¼ pack – Jell-o sugar free raspberry

METHOD

  1. Preheat grill to 200ºc.
  2. Prepare all fruits and veg (avocado) to the desired size. 
  3. Add egg whites and jell-o to a mixing bowl & whisk for 2 minutes.
  4. Heat a crepe pan to a high heat and pour mixture in.
  5. Reduce heat and sit until pancake has cooked through.
  6. Add pan to the grill to finish browning the top. 
  7. Remove pancake from grill and transfer to your serving plate. 
  8. Thinly spread fage yoghurt over the entirety of the pancake. 
  9. Spread fruits and veg evenly over pancake. 
  10. Serve and enjoy
