Coaching Programmes

Pausing a programme

Need a break? You can “suspend” a programme from your Subscriptions page and you will no longer be charged.  Note that you will lose access to your programme content until you reactivate the subscription. Also note that you cannot repeatedly pause your programme.

Using Sessions 

Sessions purchased must be used with 3 months of the purchase date, after which these will become invalid, unusable and not accepted. It is you the client who is responsible for ensuring sessions have been booked and used in accordance with our policies. 

Cancelling a programme

You can cancel a programme at any time from your Subscriptions page and you will no longer be charged.  Note that you will immediately lose access to your programme content.

Bookings

Rescheduling a booking

If it is more than 48 hours before your booked session, you can reschedule from your Bookings page.

If it is less than 48 hours before your booked session, please contact your session provider using the contact details sent by email or contact [email protected]

Cancelling a booking

If it is more than 48 hours before your booked session, you can cancel or reschedule from your Bookings page. If you choose to cancel you can be automatically refunded or choose to receive a coupon for rebooking at your convenience. Note that depending on your payment provider, refunds can take some days to clear.

Please note that bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will only be refunded 50% of the cost of the booking. And booking cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.

What Constitutes “Results”?

Results are defined as measurable improvements in one or more of the following areas:

  • Weight loss or gain, within a healthy range, as discussed with your coach.
  • Improvements in body measurements, including waist circumference, muscle mass, and other indicators.
  • Achievement of agreed-upon fitness milestones such as running a specific distance or lifting a certain amount of weight.
  • Any other metrics agreed upon at the outset of the coaching programme.

Client Responsibilities

To be eligible claim for the “Results or Money-Back Incentive,” clients must:

  • Complete all fitness forms and nutritional data sheets as required.
  • Regularly check-in for scheduled consultations and evaluations.
  • Follow the programme’s workout routines and nutritional guidelines diligently.
  • Provide conclusive proof in the form of time-stamped photographs, activity logs, and other verifiable data.

Proof of Programme Adherence

Clients must upload all requisite forms and data to our secure portal. It’s like showing your work in a maths exam—no credit for the right answer unless we can see how you got there!

Fraudulent Claims

We operate on a platform of honesty and integrity. Any fraudulent claims or misleading information submitted for claiming the refund will result in immediate termination of the programme / subscription and may also attract legal consequences.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • The “Results or Money-Back Incentive” does not cover situations beyond our control, including but not limited to medical conditions, injuries, or unforeseen life events affecting your ability to participate.
  • The guarantee is valid only for a maximum of a 30 day duration and not for any extensions or additional services availed.

Final Notes

Claiming your refund under this guarantee requires strict adherence to the programme and transparent, honest communication with us at HWK Fit. In the unlikely event you wish to make a claim, please contact us within seven days of your subscription completion.

Shipping Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
