I’m Dan, a fitness coach and nutrition specialist with a passion for helping people achieve balance in their lives. For me, health and fitness is about learning to work hard and enjoy life, without being a slave to a restrictive fitness regime. My approach to coaching is centered around understanding each client’s unique goals, and creating personalized programs that deliver results without unnecessary restriction or sacrifice.

My coaching experience spans the entire adult spectrum, from complete beginners to professional and amateur athletes. I specialise in body and mind transformations, helping clients to feel great, improve their body composition, and gain confidence in their appearance.
