Fage 0% yoghurt and other high protein yoghurts are brilliant foods to help increase your protein intake. For every 100g they contain a whopping 10g of protein. Use this recipe for any meal or snack. It’s a popular breakfast and snack choice in the Howick household. Our kids love it also. Berries are low in calories and packed full of micronutrients. Flax seeds used in this recipe are high in omega 3 which can help reduce cholesterol, lower blood pressure, protect against cancers and are great for digestive health. This meal will keep you satiated whilst not feeling too heavy on the stomach. Fresh, filling and well balanced.

  • 300g – fage 0% yoghurt
  • 100g – strawberries 
  • 50g – blueberries 
  • 50g – raspberries 
  • 12.5g – flax seed 
  • ½ – banana 
  • 45g – avocado 
  1. Simply chop, weigh and mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
