HWK Spicy Chicken Salad. An awesome healthy year round meal option to help you loss or maintain weight, whilst maintaining your hard earned muscle. Quick, portable and delicious. This meal is created almost instantly using ingredient that are lightening quick to prepare.

As fitness and nutritional coaches we advocate consuming mainly foods that are minimally processed. This meal uses precooked flavoured chicken from M&S; purchasable in both M&S and Ocado. There’s absolutely nothing wrong in a little convenience now and again. This chicken option is low fat, high protein and low carb, but moderately high in salt. Where possible its best to buy raw chicken, season to your desired flavour and batch cooke in the oven. Keeping cooked breast in the fridge for later in the week. But sometimes time doesn’t allow. When your low on time and need food look for healthier option like this chicken from M&S, rather than buying the meal deal option at Greggs, which I can assure you will be considerably more calories.

HWK Spicy Chicken Salad has a high high protein content, perfect to help keep you satiated and recover from tough exercise. A great lighter option post workout. In addition to a great MACRO composition this meal is packed full of micronutrients essential for good health and wellbeing.  Tastes great, light and satisfying.
