Baked Banana Pancake

Before I started being coached by Dan, I didn’t realise just how versatile your diet could be and still lose weight. Recipes like this help me adhere to my diet and keep the weight off. Thank you Dan and team for your support and guidance. I’m forever grateful.

Healthy doesn’t mean boring. Our baked banana pancake is low calorie, high protein and extremely filling. Very easy to make and great for gut health.

An indulgent taste without the calories. This meal makes a great breakfast, lunch, pre workout meal or even as a higher calorie snack.

Beta glucans found in oats have many health benefits. Some of which include: immune boosting, anti carcinogenic, reduce diabetes risk, lower blood pressure and prevent cardiac disease.

Why not get creative with your toppings. Add Fage 0% yoghurt to boost the protein content.

Or perhaps try layering pancake with berries.

Even add some low calorie Halo ice cream.

Or get some skinny syrups which come in plenty of flavours and are visually calorie free. Available here.

For a more fragrant taste, oat flour can be substituted for coconut flour or almond flour. Even use grounded rolled oats for a more course pancake
